Join Aviva Arts Artistic Director Debórah Eliezer in-person at the Joe Goode Annex for the first-ever AudioBody: Embodied Sound Creation Workshop!
Saturday, May 31, 10 am - 4 pm
Explore audio creation through embodied wellness practice. Learn how to make connections with ourselves and others in creative and fun ways.
Combining movement with audio, this workshop will use the improv vocabulary called the “Viewpoints” as a portal to discover greater authenticity and self-confidence, and will create a safe and supportive space for you to bravely take risks and create. Everyone will create and share in a low-pressure environment.
No experience necessary, all bodies and abilities are welcome. Please let us know any access needs when you register.
Includes a light vegetarian lunch.
Bring a smartphone with a recorder app (such as Voice Memos on iPhone), water bottle, and dress to move!
